ERG-2 CITY Ballan
The automation for the slide-away garage door
The ERG-2 CITY automation, designed by Ballan, is safe because with the telescopic motor arm and HF predisposition it respects the safety and accident prevention spaces (European Law). Integrates engine, VISg control system with Gravity Accelerometer and control in a single element, enclosed in a black plastic protection and placed on the mobile leaf, with external electric cables inserted in a sheath.
The ERG-2 CITY engine, designed for the models of doors with non-protruding movable leaf (City), has two side motors applied on two side members (located at the ends of the mobile leaf) with motor base and telescopic arms.
The strengths of the ERG-2 CITY automation are:
- the telescopic motor arm respects the safety spaces that avoid pinching or shearing of the fingers;
- the realization of a variable force during the opening and closing movements.
- updating every cycle of the force used, this makes the automation more sensitive and at the same time more reliable, because it automatically compensates for variations due to friction, temperature and power supply;
- the presence of an interface with the user that allows to program the operation of the door and to be informed of the status of the automation, of malfunctions and of any need for maintenance.
