To produce such seamless panelling Ballan has developed an exclusive processing technique which levels out the joint profile to match the panels. This particular characteristic means the Oregon garage doors combine the timeless elegance of traditional wooden garage doors with the convenience and great reliability of sectional doors.
The 40mm thick sandwich panels are insulated with an intermediate polystyrene panel between the two wooden sheets. Panel movement is precise, silent and safe thanks to the pinch-proof joints and sliding on rollers inside lateral and top tracks.
