The sectional door dedicated to collective entrances
A sectional door designed for condominium car entrances could not be missing. Mono is Ballan's answer to both the need for solidity that occurs in case of repeated openings during the day, and the need for greater ventilation for indoor or underground garages, where more than complete closure it is important to ensure a healthy circulation of the 'air. The Mono sectional door is made of galvanized steel, with panels composed of a perimeter profile inside which a monolayer is inserted that can be shaped with vertical staves or replaced by an electro-welded mesh for better ventilation of the garage. The sliding is on rollers inside galvanized steel guides.
On request, the guides can be painted with white epoxy powders similar to Ral 9016. The panels are available in the Ral colors provided by the Ballan samples.
Safety is guaranteed by the soft parachute device, by the anti-squeeze profiles of the panels, by the EC marking plate accompanied by the Declaration of Performance (DoP) and by the motorized doors also by the EC Declaration of Conformity.
The Mono sectional door is available with manual operation, predisposed for motorization or automatic operation.
