Ecologically sound, safe and lasting
The 40 mm (H 500 mm) panels used to form the mobile leaf of the Onda sectional door are insulated with polyurethane foam, flame retardant and 100% HCFC free, to insulate the garage for protection against changes in external temperatures, avoiding the dispersion of energy and harmful emissions for the environment.
The standard model and size of the Onda sectional door (e.g. L 3500 x H 2400 mm), offers a thermal transmittance value of 1.6 W/m2K on surface mounted versions (*).
Also, the production process, subject to a rigorous energy saving policy, uses resistant and environmentally friendly materials, such as galvanized sheet steel, with exclusively water-based paint finishes.
The models in this range are ranked at the top of safety, thanks to design in compliance with the Construction Products Regulation CPR 305/2011 and Product Standard EN 13241-1. Each product bears the CE mark and is accompanied by the Declaration of Performance (DoP) , and power-operated versions are also supplied with the CE Declaration of Conformity in compliance with the Machinery Directive.
Strength, resistance and reliability of these products are guaranteed, for optimal durability and minimal maintenance.
The six models of Onda sectional doors
Onda 500, Onda 250 and Onda Box differ in the design of the panels, with “embossed wood” or “smooth” finish, and exterior available in various colours (the interior is always white).
The models Onda Viva 500, Onda Viva 250 and Onda Viva Box adopt the stylish and durable solution of the “wood effect” coating that faithfully reproduces authentic wood, but offers maintenance free features (“embossed wood” finish, and on some models “smooth” finish). The interior is always white with “stucco effect” finish.
All doors are available in manual or power-operated versions and with various accessories.
(*) The stated thermal transmittance values are to be considered guideline only, with reference to standard up-and-over doors with a surface area of 8 to 10 m2. Only on request at the time of ordering, Ballan SpA can issue a thermal transmittance declaration specific to the garage door requested.
