A total safety assurance
All garage doors manufactured by Ballan carry the CE marking, the conformity certification issued by the Notified Body (CSI S.p.A.). They also come with the CE Declaration of Conformity which certifies compliance with all mechanical requirements, additional compulsory performance requirements and (for power-operated doors) the provisions for automated operation specified by the Product Standard.
But Ballan has done much more than this for the safety of its products. Because the subsequent application of a drive system (for manual doors) must also be certified, Ballan supplies doors that are ready for drive installation. These models have constructional solutions that ensure compliance with European directives relevant to automated operation, thereby enabling the installer of the drive to issue the EC declaration of conformity.
