All Ballan’s products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty, although some lines and models are covered by specific warranties with a longer duration.
The Timber HF (with the exception of the model Slide) and Linealegno HF up-and-over doors and the Oregon, New Age Nevada and New Age XT Nevada sectional doors come with a 4-year warranty for “complete protective treatment of the wood”, provided that the customer performs correct maintenance using the wood maintenance kit supplied by the company and carries out the operations described in the manual provided.
Fusion HF up-and-over doors (models Woody and Twin) and New Age and New Age XT sectional doors (models Cover and Horizon) come with a 4-year warranty on the perfect bonding of the external film to the panel’s steel sheet.
