ELEGANT AND LINEAR
Classique HF is the up-and-over door designed by Ballan to meet with the most stringent of requirements regarding thermal transmittance for energy upgrading of buildings, certified by tests performed with a notified body.
A significant achievement thanks to the reduction in thermal bridges between the internal structure and the external sections in wood, the overall thickness of the leaf (105 mm for mod. Classique) and the insulation material inserted in the interior, as well as the perimeter seals and lower floor skirting in thermoplastic.
The outer panelling available includes the unrivalled vertical or horizontal slats of 192 mm, in multi-ply Okoumè wood or multi-ply Okoumè with external cladding in Hemlock, Iroko, Mahogany, Oak, Douglas fir, Yellow Pine, or in laminated Fir or Larch, with knots, also with brushed finish.
On the power-operated version, the exclusive ASK Ballan electronic system can be used, or alternatively the compact Isy Ballan operator.
ADVANTAGES
- A special construction technique guarantees optimal thermal and acoustic insulation of the garage, also aided by the new lower skirting in ABS.
- Classique HF up-and-over doors, with standard dimensions and fittings, obtain a thermal transmittance value of below 1.4 W/m2K.
- The mobile leaf consists of a frame made entirely of galvanised steel and laminated fir wood, strengthened by side and upper profiles made of galvanized and painted steel.
- All door parts are integrated with the structure and flush with the exterior to achieve top quality aesthetics.
- The choice of materials and paint finishes for the wood with water-based dyes are testimony to the attention paid by Ballan to the environment.
- It envisages the variant City, with a slide-away leaf.
- The retrofit provision for HF operators makes future power operation both easier and safer.
- It is equipped with an anti-fall device against accidental closure of the mobile leaf, and safety clearances of 25 mm between mechanical parts, protected by self-lubricating seals.
- New aluminium handle, with patented design, with a galvanic treatment finish and external coating in satin-finished chrome, with provision for the insertion of two leds. The lock integrates an anti-drill and anti-intruder Defender device.
- Pass door perfectly integrated in the mobile leaf, in a central position, with a Defender 6-point lock and safety cylinder.
