The most important part of Ballan’s customer support is the expertise and experience of its technical personnel, who perform meticulous inspection of each garage door and shutter.
On request, products can be fitted and electrical testing performed. Technical personnel can also provide rapid support to solve any mechanical or electrical problems and to ensure that maintenance is performed effectively by means of periodic checks and operations.
The product standard EN 13241-1, in force since 1 May 2005, establishes precise procedures for routine and reactive maintenance and for any improvement or adaptation work (e.g. subsequent fitting of a drive).
This work must be performed by a specialist technician authorised by the manufacturer, who must note the work carried out in the maintenance booklet and place his signature.
